Tennis star has breast reduction, found herself number three seed for Wimbledon

Cosmetic surgery can help people in any number of ways and for some sports stars they must do all they can to help them on the road to success.

In this case tennis player Simona Halep chose to have a breast reduction in order to improve her reaction time during matches. She saw her breasts go from a 34DD to a 34C aged just 17, and since has seen her soaring up the rankings. She has become so confident on court following her surgery that she reached the number three seeding for this year's Wimbledon championships, putting her above former champion Maria Sharapova.

Simona is said to now be more mobile and her movements with the racket are less restricted now that her large breasts have been reduced.
The 22-year-old Romanian successfully reached the fourth round at the 2013 US Open as well as the quarterfinals at the Australian Open this year, before achieving a French Open final place a few weeks ago.
Her newly appointed coach Wim Fissette was quoted as saying that her breast reduction had been 'an important part of her career.'
